Hindutva Power. Neither paper has reported very much, if anything, on the extremist Hindu sect, Hindutva. A careful search of the Sun’s pages turned up no reportage on Hindutva or its ties to Maryland’s Dynamic Duo, the notable racists, Governor Wes Moore and his Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller. Moreover, the Sun apparently never looked at the Hindu supremacy movement at all. On the other hand, the Washington Post printed puff pieces about Moore and Miller. And only once did it write about Hindutva, more in the context of its support for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, its influence among U.S. Democrats, and Hindutva’s lobbying efforts in America. The article did mention that there was some effort by that group to shut down debate at a U.S. college, the University of Texas at Austin.
Indeed, when I queried Jonathan Carter, the Sun’s politics and government editor about the matter, I received no response, even though I had sent him the links to my previous articles about Hindutva.
I also tried the Annapolis Capital Gazette, to no avail, even after sending them the appropriate links.
As for the Washington Post, it would have been a waste of time to try. The “paper” is far more devoted to promoting extreme sexual perversions, part of the basis for the Moore-Miller campaign. For example, on May 25, 2023, the journal devoted an entire page to a transvestite prom.
Moore-Miller Campaign. Here are some of their wilder platform planks. 1. They supported the LGBTQ+the rest of the alphabet program. Ignoring homosexuals and lesbians, whom we’ve always had with us, the Campaign made wild pledges to promote: transgenderism; child abuse by changing minors’ sex through drugs and surgery; and “Ensure the LGBTQ+ community has a seat at the table and voice in the discussion, and work to implement the recommendations of Maryland’s newly created LGBTQ+ Commission.” (This grouping, not broken out by its type of membership, was estimated by the Gallup polling organization as being less than 5% nationally in 2012. In 2023, it was slightly above 7%. It was unclear how much of this resulted from promotion by the biased Lamestream Media.) 2. As noted in their campaign promises, [Moore and Miller] “both share a commitment to a humane immigration system that values human dignity, respects our laws, and acknowledges the great contributions of Maryland’s immigrant families.” This was in English and Spanish—not in any other tongue used by legal (or illegal) immigrants to the U.S. My clients, from Arabs to Ukrainians are outraged at this kind of language, noting that they must pay substantial fees to the American government and to me for assistance in applying for legal permanent residence. They are infuriated that they must wait years to receive their legitimate benefits. On the other hand, they note that all the focus, assistance, and benefits flow to illegal aliens, thus preventing those who comply with the law from getting what they paid for.

Why? Media of all types in the U.S. (and elsewhere) is more concerned with ensuring that people think “appropriately” and act accordingly. George Orwell’s 1984 has come a bit late, or, more realistically, has taken a while to gestate. Netflix, for example, is depicting Cleopatra, the Caucasian Greek queen of Egypt, as a Negro. Or, watch Meet the Press on American TV, where the guests parrot the “acceptable” line of political analysis.
I don’t know about the Sun’s readership, but I subscribe to the Washington Post to learn what is not news. The paper, instead of printing information, devotes a torrent of ink daily to opinion, depicted as real developments.
