The Story. On May 1, 2024, major Jewish law firms and the National Jewish Advocacy Center brought suit against American Muslims for Palestine and the National Students for Justice in Palestine. They filed it in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. (Text: Bloomberg Law). That court has the reputation for being subservient to the American intelligence services, with many espionage actions begun there. It also has a speedy legal process called the “rocket docket”.
The Jews have been after Arabs and Muslims for years, in particular targeting similarly situated Defendants in this newest matter back in 2004. The immediate cause for that action was the 1996 death of 17-year-old David Boim, an American Jew studying in the Israeli Entity. He was allegedly shot and killed by Hamas, supposedly a terrorist group, at a bus stop near al-Quds (Jerusalem). The family sued “several Chicago-area nonprofits, including the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), alleging they had provided "material support" to terrorists and were liable for their son's death under the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Act.” (ABC News, 2023). In 2004, a jury awarded the family $156 million in damages, which they could not collect because their suit had forced the IAP out of business.
That was obviously their intention, and it is most likely the same in this newest suit by American and Israeli Jews. Now, it’s a broader matter, stopping the explosively expanding student protests against Israeli savagery in Occupied Palestine. And, as a noted New York State journalist commented, it’s another effort to tar American Muslims with extremism and begin a broader assault against them, claiming that Islam is a terrorist religion.
The Plaintiffs. In the May case, of the supposed American Jews, only Maya Parizer, Noach Newman, and Natalie Sanandaji have U.S. addresses, West Newton, Mass.; Ithaca, N.Y.; Great Neck, N.Y. respectively). There are no American addresses that I could find for David Bromberg, Yoni Diller, and Adin Gess, the latter living in Israel. Most likely, all three are living there. People in 2023 listed Bromberg as an Israeli.
The Israeli Plaintiffs are Ariel Ein-Gal and Hagar Almog. Ein-Gal, according to a 2023 edition of Deadline, “served in the Israel Defense Force (IDF) for three years as a combat commander in the gunners battalion.” He is now a bartender. I could find no information on Almog.
However, Noach Newman, Adin Gess, Maya Parizer, Natalie Sanandaji, Yoni Diller, Hagar Almog, David Bromberg, Lior Bar Or, and Ariel Ein-Gal are also Plaintiffs in a March 2024 lawsuit against UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine) also with the help of the National Jewish Advocacy Center and many Jewish law firms. According to a 2024 article in the Well, they claimed that, inter alia, UNRWA was “allegedly helping Hamas in its war with Israel and the murders of Israelis and Americans.” Continuing, other actions asserted were “U.N. relief workers who were supposed to be helping Palestinians with food and medical care allowed Hamas to use its facilities as command centers.” The action also claimed “…the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees transferred money it raised in the United States to the Gaza Strip, where some of it fell under control of Hamas.” (https://lawprofessors.typepad.com/files/unrwa-complaint.pdf).
The American Muslims for Palestine Case. It opens with bias. “When someone tells you they are aiding and abetting terrorism—believe them.” The complaint begins with so-called facts: that Hamas is a terrorist organization (and not a group of freedom fighters who are seeking the return of their stolen homeland). Additionally, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps trains and controls them. Hamas also uses civilians as human shields; the Plaintiffs assert Hamas also uses propaganda and lies and horrific actions to advance its goals.
Continuing, the suit declares that American Muslims for Palestine is tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, a murky bunch originally established by the British in the 1930s. The charges seem to be not much more than libel against the group and its leaders. It and they are supposedly Hamas’ propaganda arm.
For page after page, the extremist Plaintiffs propagate Zionist hasbara (explaining). THEN they dare to contend that they are not suing to prevent freedom of speech!
Their charges are (beginning on page 44!):
· VIOLATION OF THE ANTI-TERRORISM ACT, 18 U.S.C.§ 2333(d)
Any national of the United States injured in his or her person, property, or business by reason of an act of international terrorism, or his or her estate, survivors, or heirs, may sue therefor in any appropriate district court of the United States and shall recover threefold the damages he or she sustains and the cost of the suit, including attorney’s fees.
· VIOLATION OF THE ALIEN TORT STATUTE, 28 U.S.C. § 1350
The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of any civil action by an alien for a tort only, committed in violation of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States.
The plaintiffs seek a jury trial and substantial damages as stated in their Prayer for Relief:
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs pray that this Court:
(a) Enter judgment against Defendants and for each Plaintiff for compensatory damages in amounts to be determined at trial;
(b) Enter judgment against Defendants and for each U.S. Plaintiff for treble damages pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2333(d)(2);
(c) Enter judgment against the Defendants and foreach Israeli Plaintiff for any and all relief as appropriate, including damages and attorney fees, under 28 U.S.C. § 1350;
(d) Enter judgment against the Defendants and for each U.S. Plaintiff for any and all relief as appropriate, for negligent infliction of emotional distress; and
(e) Grant such other and further relief as justice requires.

Generally, attorneys have an ethical obligation to not bring frivolous cases. In Virginia, Rule 3.1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct prohibits attorneys from filing frivolous lawsuits, and violating that rule may result in discipline by the Virginia State Bar.
A frivolous lawsuit can simply be one filed for the purpose of annoying or harassing the other party. Additionally, frivolous actions include far-fetched; obviously untrue; or outlandish suits. That is obviously so in this action, brought in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Greenberg Traurig is the ninth-largest law firm in the United States. The firm has 47 offices in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia, and approximately 2750 attorneys worldwide as of 2024. Its 2023 revenue was well over $2 billion.
I am inclined to believe they have more attorneys, more time, and more money than the American Muslims for Palestine as well as the National Students for Justice in Palestine.

COMMENT. The whole purpose of the March and May lawsuits is to shut down any opposition to Zionist tyranny in Occupied Palestine. Moreover, they want to direct attention away from what the Jews are doing. Accounts of murder, war crimes, and human rights violations are trickling out of Occupied Palestine onto alternative media. These legal actions are designed to depict students and professors who are protesting genocide as crackpots, as privileged children, as malcontents, as extremists who are terrifying Jews on campus.
Imagine that. Calling out violations of the Law of Nations, calling out decisions of the UN’s International Court of Justice on Genocide, calling out proposed Arrest Warrants from the International Criminal Court for Israeli government officials terrifies Jews.
Well, the Jews whose loyalty is to Israel, not the United States, and who support the elimination of an entire people whose country has been stolen from them, ought to be terrified. The bright light of Truth is blazing down upon them and they will be held to account. We can only hope that this will be done in this world and not the next.
And what of the United States District Courts in Delaware and Virginia? Aren’t they part of the American government? Aren’t they acting in concert with Jews who want to deprive American citizens of the Right to Freedom of Speech? Aren’t they acting in concert with Jews who want to deprive American citizens of the Right to Peaceably Assemble? Aren’t these rights guaranteed by the Constitution, the Basic Law of the United States?

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000…
Remember, Israel is America’s oldest enemy. In 1954, Pinhas Lavon, Israeli Minister of Defense, arranged for Egyptian Jews to firebomb the American consulate in Alexandria, Egypt as well as several U.S. Information Service Libraries in that country. In 1967, Zionist military forces attacked the USS Liberty, an American signals intelligence ship, murdering 34, and maliciously wounding another 174, out of a ship’s company of 300. The ship, while not sunk, was declared irreparable and scrapped. Surprisingly, no values are available for the cost of the ship plus its National Security Agency’s equipment onboard. However, it was estimated that $7.6 million would have been necessary to refurbish and repair the vessel.

In 2003, an Israeli soldier drove a bulldozer over Rachel Corrie twice, deliberately slaying her, an American college student trying to protect a Palestinian family’s house from being destroyed.

Additionally, an American citizen, a Jew, was blinded by Israeli “security forces”, when she, a graphic artist, joined in the protest against the Apartheid Entity’s savagery in that event.
Now the enemy Jews are using corrupt American courts to deny American citizens their civil rights. Any real judge in any real court would immediately have dismissed the past and present lawsuits against the groups attempting to protest Zionist actions in Occupied Palestine and on U.S. college campuses. Grounds? Frivolous, unethical legal actions.

The USS Liberty episode and Gaza right now well illustrate general patterns replicated 1000s of times in Zionist attacks large and small.
When IDF soldiers take a break from killing and maiming random Palestinians indiscriminately, I suppose they go back to the loved ones, their wives, kids, siblings, parents and such. Are they using their families as human shields?
Who is conducting terrorism here? Who is doing self-defence? Who are the predators here and who are the victims. It couldn't be more obvious. The gezillion dollar law firms that have been retained to present the victims as genocidal mass murders, and the predators as saintly victims, may be accepted by the bought-and-paid for judges that the Israel Lobby owns, maybe through Epstein style blackmail. But the story of what is really going on we can see day after day, month after month. It is exactly what it seems to be, an elaborate and relenting genocide.
