New Hot Spots.  Armenia and Azerbaijan along with Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan “suddenly” are battling each other over long-standing border disputes.  They are also former Soviet Socialist Republics and lie along the Russian Federation’s southern frontier.  They are within Russia’s Sphere of Influence and have political, trade, as well as treaty ties with the former Mother Country. 

With the US/NATO war against Russia failing in the Ukraine, Washington

apparently wants to open a Secord or a Third Front against Mad Dog Reagan’s “Evil Empire”.  The Neocons on the banks of the polluted Potomac River evidently think that provoking wars among the former Soviet Socialist Republics will drag the Federation into new conflicts, dissipating resources that are being used to crush the Ukraine and its Nazified “government”.
