Immediate Past. Prior to his election as president in 2024, Donald J. Trump repeatedly stated that, were he president earlier, the war in the Ukraine would never have happened. He also continually emphasized that he would end the war after his election.
True—up to a point.
The Donald, as he likes to call himself, recently made telephone calls to Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin about talks to end the war. According to the always-biased Associated Press on February 18, 2025,” Russia and the U.S. agreed…to start working toward ending the war in Ukraine and improving their diplomatic and economic ties, the two countries’ top diplomats said after talks that reflected an extraordinary about-face in U.S. foreign policy under President Donald Trump.”
However. On March 7, 2025, RT reported that “US President Donald Trump has threatened Moscow with a new round of “large-scale” sanctions until a Ukraine ceasefire is reached. The restrictions would target the Russian banking sector and include tariffs on the country’s foreign trade, he announced in a post on Truth Social on Friday [March 7].”
So, which is it? Is Ameria for Russia or against Russia? Simultaneously, The Donald announced “Washington will cease all assistance to Kiev if the latter fails to demonstrate its commitment to reaching peace with Moscow, US President Donald Trump has said. Trump also stated that Russia has been more cooperative than Ukraine when it comes to a potential settlement of the conflict.”
Past Past. During the 20th Century and into the 21st, the United States of America has always been at war with, first, the Soviet Union, then the Russian Federation. Cf. (2) THE 100 YEAR WAR - by J. Michael Springmann - Hausfrauleaks https://jmichaelspringmann.substack.com/p/the-100-year-war?r=omh21. During that period, America sent soldiers to fight in Siberia against the Bolsheviks as the USSR was being formed. Later, following the communization of Eastern Europe, the U.S. sought the separation of the Ukraine from the Soviet Union.
In the 1940s and 1950s, the United Staes and the United Kingdom secretly planned attacks on the Red Army and the Soviet Union itself. Here are just some of the idiocies considered:
· Operation Unthinkable 1945: Britain developed a plan, with American assistance, to attack Soviet forces in East Germany “to impose the will of the United States and the British Empire upon the USSR”
· Operation Pincers 1946: U.S. multi-pronged campaign to hold the British Isles, North Africa, India, China and Japan while air attacks would be launched on the Soviet Union
· Operation Broiler 1947: War would occur in 1948, and the U.S. would use nuclear weapons against the Soviets
· Operation Bushwhacker 1952: Plan for a war starting January 1, 1952
· Operation Dropshot 1949: In 1957, the U.S. would drop 300 nuclear weapons, along with nearly 30,000 conventional bombs, on 100 Soviet cities
Unchanged American Attitude. In 1946, George Kennan, then Deputy Chief of Mission at the American Embassy in Moscow, sent a lengthy message to the Secretary of State. In it, he described the Soviet mindset, which, curiously enough, seemed to reflect the American attitude towards the Soviet Union. His analysis set the tone for President Harry Truman’s “Containment Policy” for dealing with the USSR. Here are the key points:
· The USSR views the West as hostile and meddling
· Peace between the USSR and the West is unlikely
· USSR foreign policy is aggressive and politically/ideologically motivated
· The USA should prepare to threaten force against the USSR should they continue to expand their territory
But weren’t Kennan’s comments reflective of Ameran policy and thought processes before and after his message? Transpose the U.S. and USSR viewpoints and you get the combined lunacies of Unthinkable through Dropshot. In other words, wasn’t it the U.S. and the West which were hostile and meddling? Peace, with this viewpoint, is definitely unlikely and, from then to the present, USSR/Russia was always supposedly planning to expand into the rest of Europe.
George Kennan
COMMENT. Using force against the Russian Federation and its predecessor government has always been the American objective. But what is The Donald planning? A deal at the UkoNazi’s expense? A deal at Russia’s expense? A deal to the U.S.’ advantage?
Or is it as some, such as a noted African journalist and Sam Husseini, the American columnist, have remarked, the deal will be done for the illegitimate and terrorist entity that styles itself “Israel”?
What?
The U.S. arranges with the Russian Federation to end the war in the Ukraine, one started by America and its NATO puppets. That ends the pressure on the Rus. In turn, Vladimir Putin allows the U.S. and the Zionist Entity to continue the genocide of Palestinians, the destruction of Lebanon, and the eradication of Syria. And, of course, the long-planned joint strike against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
